Unit Handling Rollers

Sandvik HR110 (former HM110) unit handling rollers' deep-drawn end caps of steel are pressed inside the shell. Sprockets are manufactured as machined from the same preform with the bearing housing and secure the precision of the sprockets and the straightness against the chain, as well as good load carrying capacity.
Standard surface treatment is zinc-plated. Guiding rings are included only on special request.

Models

HR110 - GA/GAK

These rollers are without shaft, which results in high loading capacity. They have pressed deep-drawn bearing holders and plastic adapters. Surface is either unfinished or zinc-plated.
The shaft adapters can be supplied with internal screw thread M10 or M12 which enables fast and easy installation.
Also available with chain wheels for piece good handling purposes. If required, guiding rings can added on the roller.

HR110 - GSR/GLR
